The Embodied Yin Journey is a 3-month, one-on-one sacred journey into the inner landscape of your body and the heart of your feminine essence. This is more than just a yoga practice; it is the art of deep listening and compassionate connection, offered virtually so you can practice from the comfort of your own sacred space.
We use the stillness of Yin yoga as a gateway. In the quiet, long-held poses, we allow the noise of the world to fall away, creating space for you to hear your own truth and reconnect with the innate wisdom you already hold.

Our journey together is a loving rebellion against the demand to always be "on." We embrace the feminine principle of Yin—receptive, soft, deep, and still. To create a space where you can truly embody this essence, my teaching is grounded in these core principles:
Functional, Feeling-Based Movement: To honor your unique body, I teach functional yin yoga. This means our focus is entirely on your internal experience. I will be encouraging you to do what feels good in your body, rather than striving for a specific aesthetic shape. We use props and variations to find what truly serves you.
A Sanctuary of Non-Comparison: This private journey is your sacred space to focus inward. It is a sanctuary where you are invited to refrain from comparing yourself to others. By releasing the habit of looking outside yourself for validation, you create the quiet space necessary to finally hear your own inner wisdom.
Radical Acceptance: The deepest connection comes from a place of loving acceptance. The heart of this work is acceptance of where you are and what your body needs. We learn to greet every sensation—be it tightness, openness, or emotion—with gentle, compassionate awareness. This is the path to trusting yourself completely.

Personalized, Intuitive Sequencing Each session is thoughtfully crafted for you. Following the principles of functional yoga, we will focus on themes and areas that support your unique body and your personal journey of connecting to your feminine essence.
Expert, Trauma-Informed Guidance As a nurse coach with a deep understanding of the nervous system, I will guide you with gentle expertise. You will learn how to use props to feel completely supported, safe, and held as you explore your inner world through your screen.
