For Potential Clients

Self-abandonment is the unconscious pattern of ignoring or overriding your own needs, feelings, and intuition to please others, keep the peace, or feel safe. For women with ADHD, this often looks like "masking", compulsive people-pleasing, perfectionism, and hiding your true self to fit in, which is a direct path to burnout and feeling empty.

RSD is a very common (and very real) part of ADHD. It's an intense, overwhelming, and physically painful emotional response to perceived rejection or criticism. Because it hurts so much, we often build our entire lives around avoiding it, which fuels the pattern of self-abandonment. A core part of our work is building somatic (body-based) resilience to this pain so it no longer controls your life.

No, this is coaching, and I do not provide a clinical diagnosis of ADHD or treat mental health conditions. My work is therapeutic, and my background as a Board-Certified Nurse Coach with psychiatric experience means I am trauma-informed and understand the clinical landscape. However, coaching is focused on your present experience and future potential. It is a powerful complement to therapy, but not a replacement for it.

Traditional, linear career paths often fail the ADHD brain, leading to shame and burnout. We use the Ikigai framework not as a rigid, singular goal, but as a flexible, dopamine-friendly guide. It helps you find the exciting intersection of your interests (what you love), your unique skills (what you're good at), and what the world needs, creating a more sustainable and fulfilling life that honors your neurodivergence.

Absolutely. This work is not about blowing up your life; it's about finding yourself within it. The core of our journey is the "turn inward"—taking radical responsibility for your own healing, happiness, and nervous system regulation. Learning to anchor in yourself, even (and especially) in challenging environments, is the most powerful and transformative shift you can make.

Yes, 100%. There is zero experience or flexibility required. Somatic work is simply the practice of paying attention to your body's sensations, and Yin Yoga is a very gentle, supportive, and restorative practice. My "Yin & Ecstatic Dance" class invites you to move however your body wishes. The only requirement is a willingness to be curious about your inner experience. All bodies are welcome.

For Professionals & Referral Partners

(Answers for therapists, psychologists, and holistic practitioners)

My work as a coach is present- and future-focused. We focus on accessing inner resources, building somatic (body-based) skills, and integrating healing into daily life. Therapy, as a clinical practice, is legally qualified to diagnose conditions, treat mental illness, and process deep, developmental trauma from the past. My coaching is a powerful adjunct to therapy. I help your clients embody the cognitive insights they gain with you, giving them the "bottom-up" tools to support the "top-down" work.

Client safety is my highest priority. My background as a psychiatric nurse provides me with the training to recognize signs of acute distress (e.g., active crisis, suicidality, psychosis). If a client presents with issues that require clinical intervention, I will not proceed with coaching. I will refer them back to their primary therapist or to the appropriate clinical services and, with their consent, communicate this with you as the referring provider.

I believe in a collaborative "triad of care." With a signed Release of Information (ROI) from our shared client, I am happy to have an initial 15-minute call with you to align on goals. I can also provide periodic, high-level updates as appropriate. Open communication ensures our work is complementary and supportive of the client’s overall journey.

I meet clients exactly where they are. Their medication and treatment plan is a private matter between them and their prescribing physician. My work supports their chosen path. Our focus is on the somatic and emotional patterns, which are present regardless of medication status.

Your client can expect to develop a greater capacity for nervous system regulation and a decreased reactivity to RSD triggers. They will build a stronger mind-body connection, a deeper trust in their own intuition, and an improved ability to identify and articulate their needs and boundaries. The primary goal is an increased sense of internal safety and a more embodied, authentic way of being in the world.

For Organizations (B2B)

(Answers for HR leaders, DEI managers, and team leads)

Yes, I offer multiple delivery options to fit your needs:

  • Virtual Sessions: Engaging and interactive online delivery for teams anywhere in the world.

  • In-Person (Local): Available for organizations within New Haven, Fairfield, and Hartford counties in Connecticut.

  • In-Person (Travel): Available for national and international engagements, with travel and accommodation expenses covered.

Absolutely. I do not offer "one-size-fits-all" programs. Every engagement begins with a consultation to understand your team's unique challenges, culture, and goals. From there, I will design a bespoke workshop or program that directly addresses your needs, whether it's managing burnout, fostering neuro-inclusive communication, or building embodied leadership.

My background as a Board-Certified Health and Wellness Nurse Coach and psychiatric nurse is rooted in science. I explain the "why" behind every practice in the practical, biological terms of nervous system regulation, polyvagal theory, and stress-cycle completion, all through the lens of neurodiversity. We can tailor the language (e.g., "focus & resilience" vs. "energy & archetypes") to be a perfect fit for your company culture.

Investing in embodied wellness directly impacts key business metrics. My programs equip your team with tools to manage stress at the nervous-system level, leading to increased focus, enhanced creative problem-solving, and improved efficiency. Furthermore, fostering psychological safety and helping employees connect with a sense of purpose directly contributes to higher employee morale, stronger retention rates, and reduced turnover costs. It's an investment in sustainable high performance.

My offerings are scalable. Workshops can be delivered keynote-style for large audiences or as interactive, deep-dive sessions for smaller groups. Community Healing Circles are intentionally intimate (typically 8-15 participants) to foster safety and authentic connection. Executive Somatic Coaching is a confidential, 1:1 engagement.
