Beyond Productivity Hacks: An Intentionally Tailored Toolkit for Your Nervous System

A bottom-up approach to healing ADHD burnout, rooted in clinical safety and embodied wisdom.

The feeling of being lazy, broken, or inefficient is not a character flaw. It is the physical result of trying to force a neurodivergent brain into a neurotypical box.

Traditional productivity hacks fail high-achievers because they try to use the mind to fix a problem that lives in the body. You cannot out-think a dysregulated nervous system. We bypass analysis paralysis to work directly with your neurobiology, rebuilding resilience from the bottom up.

My practice is built on Consent-Based Coaching and Clinical Safety. From there, we choose the specific tools that resonate with your unique worldview.

The Methodology: The Three Pillars

  • Clinical Somatic Safety: Drawing on my background as a psychiatric nurse, we use evidence-based somatic tools to bypass the noisy ADHD mind, regulate the nervous system, and build the interoception required to safely unmask and navigate RSD.

  • Embodied Archetypes & Intuitive Mapping: We use Jungian Feminine Archetypes and oracle systems as psychological mirrors, helping the ADHD brain bypass intellectual noise to access subconscious wisdom.

    Somatic Movement & Breath: We utilize trauma-informed Yin Yoga, targeted breathwork, and somatic dance to physically discharge the survival stress trapped in your tissues.

The Somatic Toolkit: Bridging Science and Intuition

True healing happens when you step out of your analytical brain and reconnect with your intuition. We customize your container using non-linear, visual modalities based on your unique physiology:

  • Movement & Breath: Yin Yoga and somatic dance to physically release trapped stress energy.

  • Mindfulness & Energetic Mapping: The Chakra system used as a somatic map to locate physical blocks or boundary issues in the body.

  • Intuitive Reflection: Archetypes and Tarot used as psychological mirrors to bypass the inner critic and map out authentic desires.

These tools are powerful systems for pattern recognition, helping the ADHD brain access the subconscious without analytical exhaustion. For example, the Throat Chakra is simply where we track the somatic tension of speaking our truth and needing boundaries.

We view tools like Archetypes, Tarot, and Chakras not as dogma, but as powerful systems for pattern recognition and embodiment. These are visual languages that help the ADHD brain access the subconscious.

These tools are invitations, not requirements. If you prefer to stay grounded strictly in neuroscience and somatic regulation, we will stay there. We only open the doors you want to walk through.
