Beyond Productivity Hacks: The Somatic Path to ADHD Wellness

The feeling of being "lazy," "broken," or "too much" is the result of trying to force your neurodivergent brain into a neurotypical box. This is why planners and apps often fail—they don't address the root cause: a dysregulated nervous system and a lifetime of self-abandonment fueled by Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria (RSD).

My approach is different. We work from the "bottom-up."

  • Somatic Coaching: We bypass the "noisy" ADHD mind to work directly with the nervous system. This is the key to building resilience to RSD, managing emotional dysregulation, and processing the somatic imprint of lifelong masking.

  • Archetypes & Chakras: We use these as non-pathologizing maps to explore the "Mask" (The People-Pleaser, The Orphan) and reclaim the "Authentic Self" (The Wild Woman, The Sovereign).

  • Ikigai Framework: We use the Ikigai concept as a flexible, dopamine-friendly guide to discover a purpose that aligns with your interest-driven brain, rather than fighting against it.
