Welcome to the heart of Oubaitori Wellness.
This practice is more than just a set of services. It is a sanctuary built on a deep, rooted philosophy that just like the Cherry, Plum, Peach, and Apricot trees, you are designed to bloom in your own time and in your own way.
These are the core beliefs, values, and principles that guide every session, create our container of safety, and define the path we walk together, the journey of unmasking and coming home to yourself.
Our Mission
To guide women with ADHD out of the cycle of burnout and self-abandonment. We move beyond "productivity hacks" to facilitate deep, somatic, and archetypal reconnection, helping clients build a life of authentic self-acceptance and embodied power.
Our Vision
A world where neurodivergent women are empowered to "unmask," trust their unique minds, and build lives of deep fulfillment, free from shame and external validation. We envision a future where you stop forcing the bloom and start tending to your own unique nature.
Our Purpose
We exist to close the gap between generic wellness that fails the ADHD brain and clinical models that may pathologize it. For too long, you've been told the problem is your mindset when it's your nervous system, or that you're "broken" when you're just different. Our purpose is to provide a new paradigm. One that is clinically-grounded, somatically-focused, and trauma-informed so that every high-masking woman can finally stop "fixing" herself and start tending to her own unique nature.
Our Core Values
Safety First: My commitment to creating a safe, trauma-informed container is directly informed by my 5 years of experience as a psychiatric nurse. This clinical foundation is the foundation upon which all healing is built. We create a space where your nervous system can finally exhale.
Embodiment is the Path: We believe true healing happens not just by talking, but by feeling. The body holds the wisdom, the trauma, and the seed of your unique bloom. Just as a tree needs deep roots to rise, your healing requires a deep connection to the body’s wisdom.
Sovereignty: We honor your innate wisdom and your right to choose your own path. You are the ultimate expert on your own experience and your own season of growth. My role is to guide, not to dictate.
Compassion: We approach every part of your story, especially the parts you've hidden, masked, or judged, with non-judgment and radical self-acceptance. We transform the inner critic into a gentle gardener who nurtures rather than judges.
Integrity: We operate with clear professional boundaries, adhering to the highest scope of coaching practice. We honor the sacred trust you place in this work, recognizing that the journey of unmasking requires a container of absolute reliability.
Our Guiding Principles
Your Unique Bloom: Experience Over Perfection
My approach prioritizes your direct, felt experience over intellectual perfection. This work invites you to courageously engage with what truly resonates within your body, trusting the unfolding of your unique process. Just as a flower doesn't rush to bloom, we don't rush your healing. Rather than striving to 'get it right,' you'll be guided to listen deeply.
Honoring Your Nature: Neurodiversity-Affirming Care
We operate from the core belief that your ADHD brain is not defective. It is simply a different kind of tree in the garden. Our methods are designed for your brain, honoring its need for interest, flow, and somatic regulation, not against it. We don't try to "fix" your traits. We learn to let them flourish.
Tending the Roots: "Bottom-Up" Healing
You cannot think your way out of a pattern you feel in your body, especially one as deep as RSD or masking. We work from the "bottom-up," starting with the nervous system roots, to create true, lasting change. By tending to the roots, the fruit takes care of itself.
Wholeness, Not Perfection
This isn't about "fixing" your symptoms or eliminating "bad" parts. It's about integration. Our work is to help you safely reclaim all parts of yourself, the "mask" and the authentic self, the "doing" and the "being," so you can live from a place of wholeness and embodied power.
