The Biology: We use Polyvagal Theory and Nervous System Mapping to identify your unique safety and danger cues, helping you move out of "fight, flight, freeze, or fawn (the biological root of people-pleasing)."
The Soul: We use Archetypal patterns and energetic frameworks (when they resonate) to rediscover the authentic self waiting underneath the mask.
To support your neurodivergent nervous system, we move beyond the standard "12-week sprint" model. Instead, we operate on a specific 3:1 Rhythm designed to prevent coaching burnout and honor your need for processing time.
3 Weeks of Deep Work: Weekly 60-minute somatic sessions to process triggers and build tools.
1 Week of Integration: Every fourth week is a dedicated "Integration Week" for your nervous system to catch up. Just as a muscle grows during rest, your nervous system needs space to metabolize our work.
1 Comprehensive Somatic Intake: Deep dive mapping of nervous system history, safety cues, and medical baseline. (120 minutes via Zoom)
8 Private Somatic Coaching Sessions (60 minutes via Zoom)
2 "Somatic 911" Sessions: Bonus SOS calls for acute regulation when life happens. (30 minutes via Zoom)
