Somatic Coaching for Women with ADHD: Healing Beyond the "Noisy Mind"

The Problem:

Traditional coaching and productivity hacks often fail the ADHD brain because they are "top-down", trying to use your mind to fix a problem that lives in your body.

The Solution:

Somatic Coaching is the "bottom-up" solution. This is the core of our work and the antidote to self-abandonment. Instead of just talking about your patterns, we gently turn our attention to the language of your body: your nervous system. We work directly with the physical sensations of burnout, overwhelm, and the deep somatic imprint of Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria (RSD).

The Container:

As a Board-Certified Health & Wellness Nurse Coach and Psychiatric Nurse, I provide a clinically-grounded safety, trauma-informed container where you can:

  • Track Your Nervous System: Learn to recognize your biological cues and move from "fight, flight, or freeze" into "rest and safety", so you can stop running on adrenaline.

  • Build Somatic Resilience: Develop the capacity to tolerate the intense sensations of RSD, enabling you to set boundaries without guilt and speak your truth without panic.

  • Metabolize the Mask: Safely process and release the stored stress and physical tension from a lifetime of masking, allowing you to finally rest without anxiety.

  • Reclaim Your Intuition: Learn to listen to and trust your body’s "gut feelings", empowering you to stop looking externally for validation and start leading from within.

Our Frameworks:

We blend clinical strategy with deep soul work. We utilize powerful frameworks like archetypal patterns and the chakra system—not as rigid rules, but as optional maps for this journey of reclamation. We use these tools (when they resonate with you) to deconstruct the "Mask" you created to survive and rediscover the authentic self waiting underneath.

How We Work Together:

A 3-Month Somatic Journey from High-Functioning Freeze to Embodied Safety.

To support your neurodivergent nervous system, we move beyond the standard "12-week sprint" model. Instead, we operate on a specific 3:1 Rhythm designed to prevent coaching burnout and honor your need for processing time.

The Structure:

  • 3 Weeks of Deep Work: We meet weekly for 60-minute somatic coaching sessions to actively process triggers, build regulation tools, and rewire safety into your nervous system.

  • 1 Week of Integration: Every fourth week is a dedicated "Integration Week" for your nervous system to catch up. Just as a muscle grows during rest, not during the lift, your nervous system needs space to metabolize our work.

What’s Included:

  • 9 Private Somatic Coaching Sessions (60 minutes via Zoom)

  • Between-Session Regulation Support: Direct access to me via email between sessions for real-time regulation support when life happens. (Note: Messaging is for coaching and regulation support, not for medical or psychiatric emergencies. Responses provided within 24 business hours.)

  • Custom Somatic Toolkit: Breathwork, movement, and grounding protocols tailored to your specific nervous system profile. (Optional: Depending on your preference, this may also include Archetypal mapping or Tarot for intuitive exploration).

This is not about "fixing" you; it’s about creating the deep, internal safety that allows your authentic self to finally unmask and bloom.

I bring 5+ years of psychiatric nursing experience to our sessions. Please note: While I use my background to provide a safe, trauma-informed container, our work together is coaching-focused and does not include diagnosis or medical treatment.
