As a Psych Nurse, I see us do this every year. We spend January trying to mindset our way into a new year. We buy the planners. We set the goals. We try to force our brains to be organized.
But if your nervous system is still stuck in survival mode from 2025, no amount of planning will help.
You do not need more willpower. You need rhythm.
This January, join me for Stillness & Flow, a free, 5-week nervous system reset designed to help you stop pushing and start tending.
What to expect: This is a clinically grounded, somatic experience designed to move your body out of "fight or flight" and into safety.
The Stillness (20 mins): Deep Yin Yoga to unwind the hustle and release tension stored in the fascia.
The Flow (30 mins): Intuitive movement and ecstatic dance to a soulful playlist (Black Coffee, Neo-Soul) to release the dopamine your brain is craving.
The Connection: A safe container to breathe with a community that gets it.

No Choreography: You cannot get it wrong.
