For the high-achieving woman, this creates a painful cycle:

We bypass the "analysis paralysis" of the mind to work directly with your physiology. As a Psychiatric RN, Board-Certified Health & Wellness Nurse Coach, Certified Feminine Embodiment Coach, and Psychiatric DNP student, I provide a nurse-informed, neuro-somatic container that understands the biology of your stress response.

The Container:

As a Board-Certified Health & Wellness Nurse Coach and Psychiatric Nurse, I provide a clinically-grounded, trauma-informed container where neurodivergent women can:

  • Track Your Nervous System: Learn to recognize your biological cues and move from "fight, flight, fawn, or freeze" into "rest and safety", so you can stop running on adrenaline.

  • Build Somatic Resilience: Develop the capacity to tolerate the intense sensations of RSD, enabling you to set boundaries without guilt and speak your truth without panic.

  • Metabolize the Mask: Safely process and release the stored stress and physical tension from a lifetime of masking and self-abandonment, allowing you to finally rest without anxiety.

  • Reclaim Your Intuition: Learn to listen to and trust your body’s "gut feelings", empowering you to stop abandoning your own needs to seek external validation and start leading from within.

Our Frameworks:

We blend clinical strategy with deep soul work using a dual-lens approach:

  • The Biology: We use Polyvagal Theory and Nervous System Mapping to identify your unique safety and danger cues, helping you move out of "fight, flight, freeze, or fawn (the biological root of people-pleasing)."

  • The Soul: We use Archetypal patterns and energetic frameworks (when they resonate) to rediscover the authentic self waiting underneath the mask.

How We Work Together:

A 3-Month Somatic Journey from High-Functioning Freeze to Embodied Safety.

To support your neurodivergent nervous system, we move beyond the standard "12-week sprint" model. Instead, we operate on a specific 3:1 Rhythm designed to prevent coaching burnout and honor your need for processing time.

The Structure:

  • 3 Weeks of Deep Work: Weekly 60-minute somatic sessions to process triggers and build tools.

  • 1 Week of Integration: Every fourth week is a dedicated "Integration Week" for your nervous system to catch up. Just as a muscle grows during rest, your nervous system needs space to metabolize our work.

What’s Included:

  • 1 Comprehensive Somatic Intake: Deep dive mapping of nervous system history, safety cues, and medical baseline. (120 minutes via Zoom)

  • 8 Private Somatic Coaching Sessions (60 minutes via Zoom)

  • 2 "Somatic 911" Sessions: Bonus SOS calls for acute regulation when life happens. (30 minutes via Zoom)

  • Between-Session Regulation Support: Direct access to me via email between sessions for real-time regulation support when life happens. (Note: Messaging is for coaching and regulation support, not for medical or psychiatric emergencies. Responses provided within 24 business hours.)

  • Custom Somatic Toolkit: Breathwork, movement, and grounding protocols tailored to your specific nervous system profile. (Optional: Depending on your preference, this may also include Archetypal mapping, energetic frameworks, or Tarot/Oracle for intuitive exploration).

This is not about "fixing" you; it’s about creating the deep, internal safety that allows your authentic self to finally unmask and bloom.
