You will learn to spot your body's subtle signals before you crash into exhaustion or brain fog, recognizing exactly when you slip into a survival response, whether that looks like racing in fight or flight, shutting down in a frozen task paralysis, or fawning to keep others happy. Together, we track the frustrating loop where you swing between intense hyperfocus and sudden physical collapse, replacing panic with simple physical habits that bring your baseline back to calm.

Month 2: Fierce Authenticity & Unmasking

The Shift: From Fawning to Fierce Authenticity

Focus: We safely identify and interrupt the automatic habits of over-delivering, people-pleasing, and performing perfection just to keep everyone else comfortable. You will build the capacity to handle the intense, physical heartache of Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD) in the moment, learning to set firm boundaries and speak your truth without hiding who you are or making your body sick from the stress of pretending.

Month 3: Designing Your Pleasure Ecosystem

The Shift: From Survival Mode to Romanticized Play

Focus: We ditch the rigid, linear planners and productivity rules that ignore your nature and set your ADHD brain up to fail. Instead, we co-create a fluid, custom daily flow where your routines, focus windows, and rest intervals actually work with your natural energy waves, making your days feel deeply nourishing, spacious, and exciting.

For the deeper, reflective layers of your journey, you will be gifted The Embodied Integration Manual. This beautifully curated digital sanctuary houses your optional somatic rituals, grounding maps, and deep reflective portals. Think of it as a personal medicine bag for your neurodivergent soul, completely self-paced, entirely optional, and filled with spacious invitations to romanticize your daily life whenever your body is ready to explore them.

The Container

To support your neurodivergent brain, we move beyond rigid coaching models and honor your need for deep integration: we never push through, we pulse. To provide consistent momentum without triggering performance pressure, we utilize The Rhythmic Accountability Framework:

  • Biweekly Live Sessions: We meet every other week for our deep somatic coaching sessions, allowing your mind and body ample time to process each shift without feeling rushed.

  • The Integration Weeks: On the alternating weeks between our sessions, no formal calls are scheduled. Instead, your nervous system gets a spacious break to naturally embody your new tools in real time. These weeks are perfect for real-world practice, fully backed by intimate, day-to-day support from me via WhatsApp during my business hours. Whether you need an SOS co-regulation call in a stressful moment, a quick grounding check, or just overall support as you navigate your week, I am right there in your pocket to hold space for you.

  • Duration: 3 Months

  • 1 Comprehensive Somatic Intake (120 minutes): A spacious, foundational session dedicated to mapping your unique body and nervous system history. Together, we will identify the specific patterns your system uses to protect itself from stress, uncover your personal cues of safety, and establish the clear physical baseline needed to guide your transition out of burnout.

  • 5 Private Coaching Sessions (60 minutes): Deep somatic coaching sessions tailored entirely to your monthly themes.

  • 2 Somatic 911 Sessions (30 minutes): Bonus SOS calls for acute regulation and co-regulation when life happens or an RSD trigger spins you out.

  • Continuous Between-Session Support: Direct access to me via WhatsApp for on-the-go somatic co-regulation, boundary gut-checks, and grounding support during both active and integration weeks (with a 24-hour business day response time).
