I specialize in working with ambitious professionals, entrepreneurs, and creatives (frequently late-diagnosed women with ADHD) who appear wildly successful externally but present with:
Deep-seated patterns of masking, blurred boundaries, and perfectionism used as survival mechanisms.
Feelings of being stuck or hitting a plateau with purely cognitive or purely physical approaches.
Extreme autonomic dysregulation, violently swinging between high-arousal panic and total functional freeze.
Somatic manifestations of chronic stress, including persistent jaw tension, shallow breathing, digestive issues, chronic fatigue, and task paralysis.
A history of severe Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD) that triggers immediate biological distress.
I offer a structured, body-centered coaching journey that bridges my clinical background with intuitive, non-linear tools to help clients transition into a life of intentional, aligned pleasure:
Foundation of Safety: My background as a psychiatric nurse ensures a trauma-informed, medically grounded container.
Core Modality: Somatic coaching is utilized to help clients map their unique neurobiology, track personal Triggers and Glimmers, and consciously restore calm.
Restoring Inner Balance: We work to help clients harmonize their capacity for high-interest action (doing) and spacious receptivity (being).
Symbolic Mapping: For clients who desire it, I utilize the Chakra system and Feminine Archetypes as non-pathologizing visual languages to help them safely deconstruct their mask and reclaim their authentic selves.
I believe that our clients' best and most sustainable outcomes are achieved through a collaborative care team. My role is to be a dedicated, professional somatic partner to you and our shared client.
Our partnership is built on three core pillars:
My highest priority is client safety. As a Board-Certified Health and Wellness Nurse Coach with over 6 years of psychiatric nursing experience and active doctoral research, I am rigorously trained to recognize signs of acute distress. My work is non-clinical, non-diagnostic, and non-pathologizing. We focus entirely on present-moment somatic skills, nervous system regulation, and future-oriented purpose.
I DO: Help clients build somatic, body-based resilience to RSD, track autonomic states, expand boundary capacity, and design fluid pleasure ecosystems.
I DO NOT: Diagnose conditions, treat acute crisis, or process deep developmental trauma. That remains the sacred, vital work of therapy.
My role is to complement, not replace, the invaluable work you do.
I am committed to a no-surprises approach. With a signed Release of Information (ROI) from our shared client, my standard process includes:
An Initial 15-Minute Call: I invite a brief call with you to align on our complementary goals for the client and to ensure our approaches are in harmony.
Open Communication: I am available for brief, periodic updates as appropriate, always respecting client confidentiality.
A Shared Goal: We both support the client from different angles, creating a robust container that accelerates their progress out of survival mode.
My goal is to help your client integrate their healing at the nervous system level, which accelerates and sustains the results you are achieving together.
For Therapists, Psychologists, & Clinicians (LCSW, MFT, PsyD, etc.): My bottom-up somatic work helps clients embody the top-down cognitive insights they gain with you. When a client intellectually understands their patterns (e.g., "I know I mask because of RSD") but still cannot stop the physical reaction in the moment, it is often a pre-cognitive, somatic defense. I provide the tools to address that nervous system response, making your psychotherapeutic work even more effective.
For Holistic & Alternative Practitioners (ND, DC, L.Ac., LMT, etc.): You are an expert at rebalancing the body's physical and energetic systems. Your clients present with chronic tension, locked fascia, digestive distress, or hormonal imbalances. I am the partner who helps them address the underlying emotional and somatic patterns, like chronic people-pleasing, masking, and nervous system dysregulation, that create that physical tension. When we work together, your adjustments hold longer, their system calms down, and they stop fighting your protocols.
If at any point a client's needs evolve beyond my coaching scope, I will always refer them back to you for guidance. Our partnership is built on mutual trust and a shared, unwavering commitment to the client's highest good.
