Ideal Client Profile for Referral: I specialize in working with high-functioning individuals (often women with ADHD) who, despite their external success, present with:
Deep-seated patterns of self-abandonment, codependency, or people-pleasing.
Feelings of being "stuck" or having hit a plateau with cognitive or purely physical approaches.
A profound loss of identity, often expressed as feeling "lost" or "empty."
Somatic manifestations of stress: chronic tension, nervous system dysregulation, migraines, digestive issues, or fatigue.
A history of "masking" and high sensitivity to rejection (RSD).
My Methodological Framework: I offer a structured, body-centered coaching journey that integrates my clinical background with holistic tools.
Foundation of Safety: My experience as a psychiatric nurse ensures a trauma-informed and medically-grounded container.
Core Modality: Somatic coaching is used to help clients regulate their nervous system, build resilience to RSD, and access the body’s innate intelligence.
Restoring Inner Balance: We work to help clients harmonize their capacity for action ("doing") and intuition ("being").
Symbolic Mapping: I utilize the Chakra system and Archetypes as a non-pathologizing language to help clients deconstruct their "mask" and reclaim their authentic selves.
I believe that our clients' best and most sustainable outcomes are achieved through a collaborative care team. My role is to be a dedicated, professional somatic partner to you and our shared client.
My commitment to this partnership is built on three core pillars:
1. Upholding Clinical Safety & Scope of Practice: My highest priority is client safety. As a Board-Certified Health & Wellness Nurse Coach with 5 years of psychiatric nursing experience, I am rigorously trained to recognize signs of acute distress. My work is non-clinical, non-diagnostic, and non-pathologizing; we focus on present-moment somatic skills, nervous system regulation, and future-oriented purpose.
I DO: Help clients build somatic (body-based) resilience to RSD, explore patterns of self-abandonment, and connect with their purpose.
I DO NOT: Diagnose conditions, treat acute crisis, or process deep developmental trauma (that is the sacred work of therapy).
My role is to complement, not replace, the invaluable work you do.
2. A Clear, Collaborative Process: I am committed to a "no-surprises" approach. With a signed Release of Information (ROI) from our shared client, my standard process includes:
An Initial 15-Minute Call: I invite a brief call with you to align on our complementary goals for the client and to ensure our approaches are in harmony.
Open Communication: I am available for brief, periodic updates (e.g., via secure email) as appropriate, always respecting client confidentiality.
A Shared Goal: We both support the client from different angles, creating a robust container that accelerates their progress.
3. Seamless Integration & Ethical Partnership: My goal is to help your client integrate their healing at the nervous system level, which accelerates and sustains the results you are achieving together.
For Therapists, Psychologists, & Clinicians (LCSW, MFT, PsyD, etc.): My "bottom-up" somatic work helps clients embody the "top-down" cognitive insights they gain with you. When a client intellectually understands their patterns (e.g., "I know I mask because of RSD") but still can't stop the pattern in the moment, it's often a pre-cognitive, somatic defense. I provide the tools to address that nervous system-level response, making your work together even more effective.
For Holistic & Alternative Practitioners (ND, DC, L.Ac., LMT, etc.): You are an expert at rebalancing the body's physical and energetic systems. Your clients present with chronic tension, locked fascia, digestive distress, or hormonal imbalances. I am the partner who helps them address the underlying emotional and somatic patterns (like chronic people-pleasing, masking, and nervous system dysregulation) that create that physical tension. When we work together, your adjustments hold longer, their system calms down, and they stop fighting your protocol.
If, at any point, a client's needs evolve beyond my coaching scope, I will always refer them back to you for guidance. Our partnership is built on mutual trust and a shared, unwavering commitment to the client's highest good.
